Here are more images of the made in Mexico VŪHL.

VŪHL Automotive’s VŪHL 05 is a supercar that the automaker has been judiciously allowing sneak-peeks of over the past few months. Once again,VŪHL has permitted the public to see a little more. This is an ongoing theme, one that’s getting old. You can read my first VŪHL post (here). I thought I would have some fun with the VŪHL name and try to mash it up with Motörhead or Mötley Crüe as the overuse of umlauts and accent marks is somewhat comical. I was about to resort to this since they give painfully few details about this vehicle – again.

It’s frustrating I tell you.

I did find out that they are using Ford to supply some of the mechanical parts. VŪHL Automotive will fabricate the bodies in Canada and finish the assembly in (Adman Leku) Mexico City. The VŪHL 05 is supposed to be a street-legal, road-going, lightweight supercar. Michelin is working with VŪHL Automotive in the USA and in Europe.

“We are so pleased to add Michelin to our inventory of supporting companies, and look forward to the results of our testing with a variety of the brand’s renowned tyres at their facilities in Europe and the U.S later this year. We will take part in the supercar run as part of the ‘First Glance’ class at Goodwood, and look forward to appearing on the stand at the Michelin Supercar Paddock amongst many of our heroes from the world of high performance cars and motorsport.” – – VŪHL Automotive director, Iker Echeverria

July 11th through July 14th 2013, the VŪHL 05 global public debut will be at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Speaking of festivals of speed, check out some slot=car drifting – TFLCar style!
