Team TFLcar brings you the exclusive details and video of a record setting run.  Today (June 20th, 2013) , 2013 SRT Viper set a production car record at the High Plains Raceway (HPR) in Colorado.

The Viper was piloted by an SRT engineer, whose name you may recognize (more on this tomorrow).  This particular Viper was a base model with the optional Track Package.  This package subtracts 57 pounds from the base car by using slotted two-piece brake rotors and other light weight components.  It also comes with Sidewinder II wheels and high performance Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
