Hyundai just dropped these images of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra

Hyundai turned a lot of heads when they restyled the Elantra a few years back. It was unique and innovative while representing the aquatic styling theme Hyundai adopted beautifully. Now it’s time to update the styling and these teased images of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra are pretty good hints at what we can expect.

Slated to be unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles International Auto Show (which TFLCar will cover fully), Hyundai is mum about any of the specifications.

The 2014 Hyundai Elantra should have similar equipment to the current model. This is an update and not an all-new vehicle. What we can assume is a bevvy of updated lights, front and rear, with a new grill too. LED lights and a new lighting housing are easy to see in the teased photo. There will be an illuminated white element, similar to the one Hyundai uses in the Genesis as well.

The 2014 Avante is the 2014 Hyundai Elantra in other markets.

Interior tweaks of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra should reveal a higher grade, softer touch interior. Hopefully, Hyundai will update the rather hard seating surfaces and add more sound deadening. I suspect more interior color choices too.

We’ll keep following the 2014 Hyundai Elantra and update you when something new pops up.
