• Prototype Hunting: Is this the new Chrysler 300 SRT or a Chrysler 300 Hellcat?

TFLcar viewers, is this the “banished-from-America” 2015 Chrysler 300 SRT, or possibly a Chrysler version of the 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat or 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat?  We need your help!  In this video shot just north of Detroit by TFLcar fan and Youtube user Paul4186, you can see (and hear) what appears to be a fully un-camouflaged version of Chrysler’s latest high-powered family sedan.

We have been assured by Chrysler executives that the 2015 Chrysler 300 SRT will not be produced, at least here in the United States. Accordingly, does this mean that this beast is simply being tested here for use in other countries?  Or does it mean that the 2015 Chrysler 300 SRT will be sold in good-old ‘Murica afer all?

Final question – could this even be a Hellcat version of the 300?  Chrysler says that 300 SRT did not sell many units in previous years.  However, a Hellcat 300 still makes sense.  The car would be a nice combination of luxurious appointments and raw power.

Anything with either a SRT or Hellcat badge would be phenomenal.  Either way, we can just never get enough of that sweet exhaust note.

Give the video a watch, and let us know what you think in the comments section below. Special thanks again to Paul4186 for the heads-up!

    2. God, I hope Chrysler/FCA let the US build a chrysler 300 SRT 8 even if all the hear say (not for the american market this time around). If they are testing the car in US there’s a possibility I could be sold here; so I am going to continue holding my coins because you never know. I love this car.
