2016 chevy camaro track review
2016 Chevy Camaro prototype

How does the 2016 Chevy Camaro handle on the track? The sixth generation car is around 200 pounds lighter than the corresponding predecessor, so this is a great start.

Chevrolet has introduced an updated lineup of power trains. The base model is the first turbocharged Camaro ever. It has the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo with 275 horsepower. The V6 prototype you see here has the 3.6-liter displacement and is tuned to 335 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. It featured direct injection, continuously variable valve timing, and active fuel management.

You can also get a 6-speed manual transmission across the entire range. And you can enjoy the sporty exhaust note with the available tuned system with butterfly valves. Check out the video for the sound.

Check out the action from the track as Roman Mica drives the 2015 Camaro and 2016 Camaro back-to-back.
