Sharing the same aluminum architecture as the XE sedan is Jaguar’s first performance crossover. The 2017 Jaguar F-PACE, due to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA), will arrive late in 2016 as a 2017 model year. Powertrain options, performance specs, and list of standard features will be announced at the show on September 15 when the production version makes its debut.

The second generation Jaguar XF luxury sedan has been completely redesigned using a new modular aluminum architecture. The aluminum-intensive architecture results in a frame that is stiffer, stronger, and lighter. Compared with the 2015 model, the new XF trimmed 265 pounds from the all-wheel drive model and 132 pounds from the rear-wheel drive model. Get-up and go comes from a choice of two supercharged V6 engines, producing 340 horsepower and 380 horsepower. All-wheel drive, using Intelligent Drive Dynamics, will be available.

Other available features include full-LED headlights, a heads-up display, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control with Queue-Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Intelligent Speed Limiter and Semi-Automated Parking.
