The Mini Takes the States rally is a celebration of all things Mini, starting in Atlanta, Georgia and winding all the way to Palm Springs, California.
TFLcar’s Roman and Tommy Mica were at the kickoff event at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, and got a chance to drive a brand-new 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman S on the high banks of the NASCAR circuit.
Mini owners from all over the country drove their beloved cars to the event and will be making the 4,000-plus-mile journey from (almost) coast to (almost) coast. Along the way, they will be driving through 18 states in 15 days, stopping along the way in such diverse places as Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Sturgis, Cheyenne, and Las Vegas.
