2 – Honda Civic Type R
Putting 300-plus horsepower in a front-wheel-drive car makes no sense, which is why the Civic Type R is on this list. When other companies try to put this much power in their front-drive cars, they usually add all-wheel-drive to quell the torque steer – look at the Ford Focus RS for an example – but not Honda. Maybe they’re just trying to prove a point, or to prove their engineering might, but either way, the Type R shouldn’t exist, at least as it is now.
