In one corner is the new 2018 Hellcat Widebody. It’s a Challenger Hellcat with the Demon body kit. It means it has wider wheel flares to accommodate wider tires. It also has a new electrically assisted power steering and enough grip to gain speed in the corners and break into the 10 second 1/4 mile time range. Under the hood is still the same 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8 that produces 707 horsepower.

In the other corner is the all-new Dodge Demon. This is a unique beast with a thoroughly reworked 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8. It uses a bigger supercharger and many more tricks to produce up to 840 horsepower when running on 100-octane racing fuel.

We will be driving and reviewing these bad ass muscle cars. The first day got rained out, but it did not stop us from having some fun and revving these beasts to see which one sounds meaner.

Check it out in this quick little video and let us know which engine sound you like more.
