The Honda Crosstour joined the Honda family in fall of 2009 as a 2010 full-size crossover. It’s a fastback with a slightly higher and more sloped roofline than the Accord sedan. And it’s directly aimed as a competitor to the Toyota Venza and inspired by the BMX X6 and 5 Series Gran Turismo.

Introduced in the United States in 2003, the Honda Element arrived
after two years as a concept vehicle called the Model X. It was
designed by several young engineers who wanted to develop a versatile
vehicle that fit a young crowd’s outdoor interests — skiing to cycling,
camping to the recreating at the beach.

Brothers and sisters, let me lay this on you. Since the passing of the VW van, the only vehicle worth their weight in “Flower Power” is a hybrid. And that poses a problem; how can you party in a hybrid? Suits, Greasers and “The Man” have no love for hybrids. If they see your long, flowing hair (or undulating dreadlocks) fluttering out the window as you pass – they will hassle you.
What a drag.

The Honda Civic hybrid in its runner-up status to the Toyota Prius among eco-popular cars, has no reason to feel inferior. Its gas mileage averages are lower than the Prius and it doesn't have, for whatever reason, the same "green appeal" as its rival.
But the 2009 Civic hybrid
has a refreshed exterior design, more interior space and is more attractive than its biggest competitor.

Now in its third year in the United States and ninth worldwide, the Honda Fit keeps getting better. For 2009, the Fit has undergone its first interior and exterior redesign. It’s all good. There’s a new four-way backseat configuration, 10 cupholders (really?), vision-improving triangular front side windows, increases in length and width and a nifty van-like windshield position.

The Honda Civic is among the most common vehicles on the road. With its sibling the Accord, it's an automotive industry version of a comfortable recliner in your living room. It's not fancy, but you know what you're getting and you like it.
With the 2009, Honda Civic Si, however, what ever staid, plain or other non-sexy thoughts you might have about the Honda Civic, forget them. The refreshed Civic Si, first introduced in 2006, has morphed into a sports car.
