OK, so this video is from somewhere in Asia but the parking ticket avoidance method being demonstrated here should work anywhere.
Of course before you try this at home you'll want to make sure that you have a front wheel drive car and that the tow truck is in neutral.
It would probably also be helpful to have somewhat of a bigger car like this minivan because it may not work so well with a just a mini and no van.
