44,000 screaming deals on Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep cars

44,000–that the number of cars and trucks that about 800 Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealerships on the Chrysler closing list are being forced to sell.

June 9th—that's the date that all those dealers are being "forced out" of the business so that's the date those cars must presumably be sold by.

"Whether the best deals will be had before or after June 9 is likely
negligible; if you're interested in a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge product,
you will save a lot of money on a new purchase right now," that according to CNN.

"Down the street at Dulles Motor Cars, Hamid and Kevin Saghafi have sold off about half their $1.5 million inventory of Jeeps.

Hamid says they are "taking a beating," asking $10,000 less than the
invoice price for high-end models like the Jeep Commander. But he still
worries they won't be able to sell them all in time.

"Chrysler has told us they're going to help us send these cars to other
dealers' inventories," he says. "But we don't know what kind of prices
we're going to be offered." CNN goes on to report.
