678…that’s how many cars Roll-Royce has sold over the first five months of this year.

That may not sound like a lot but it represents a 146 percent increase over the previous year.

The reason?

The company says that the increase is mainly due to the brand’s new entry level car the new Ghost.

Company head honcho Torsten Müller-Ötvös says he expects the sales trend to not only continue but to be “at least double the volume of last year.”

That Roll-Royce Ghost starts at a “reasonable” $250,000, which may seem like a lot of for a car but compared to Bentley Continental Supersports we recently tested HERE, it may just be a luxury car bargain.
