Who says that diesel powered cars have to be boring economy cars that get great gas mileage but are a fantastic bore to drive.
Not VW.
The 2010 Volkswagen Golf TDI is a perfect example of a fast, frugal and fun car.
For under 25K you can have your cake and eat it too.
In other words, you can drive like speed racer, and still not have to mortgage your house to pay for all of that fun at the gas station.
