Video: In Russia covering a BMW with 42 pounds of gold is no big deal

You’d think that buying a BMW X5 would be enough to tell the rest of the world that you are a huge success with plenty of money and a need for German speed.

But in Russia an X5 is just another boring BMW, so if you really want to add color to a drab city like Moscow why not cover your X5 in 42 pounds of Gold.

In mamy parts of the world that might seem a bit, shall we say excessive, but not in Russia. According to this car’s owner he just another normal guy in Moscow with a gold BMW X5, and a gold M5, and seven other exotic cars.

Keep in mind that only half of them are actually gold…as the video report below shows.
