The International Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race is perhaps one of the wildest and most hair-raising races (of any kind) on the planet.
The Isle of Man TT is by many cyclist considered to be the most prestigious motorcycle race in the world and for good reason. Not only are the racers risking life and limb, but when they crash, there is no run-off area to stop the inevitable tragic outcome.
This video below perhaps best captures the speed and the thrill of flying around the Isle of Man’s 37 mile course at over 120 MPH. It also captures what happens when it all goes wrong.
