The Limited Edition Mopar ’13 Dart Revealed

Chrysler Group LLC introduces limited-edition Mopar ’13 Dart.

The limited-edition Mopar ’13 Dart has debuted making it the fourth special-edition Mopar-badged vehicle since the company’s partnership with Fiat in 2009. It joins the Mopar ’10 Challenger, Mopar ’11 Charger and the Mopar ’12 300 in being customized with Mopar performance parts and accessories as well as a distinctly Mopar look.

Only 500 numbered units of the Mopar ’13 Dart will be produced making this vehicle extremely limited. Under the hood there’s a 1.4-liter MultiAir intercooled turbo engine with a manual transmission paired with a slew of performance upgrades. There’s lowered sport suspension, revised steering calibration, a sport-tuned exhaust, a ground-effects kit, and a premium brake kit with slotted rotors.

This Mopar ’13 Dart also has a unique look that will make it stand out not just from other Darts, but from every other car on the road. It’s got a Mopar badge in the grille and in the center of the 18″ gloss-black wheels. Inside, the leather driver’s seat is bright Mopar blue while the rest of the seats are black with blue stitching. There’s also a floating island bezel with the same Mopar blue paint and lighting.

The customization continues with a blue-stitched leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter knob, a bright sport-pedal kit, premium Mopar carpet floor mats and door-sill guards. The striking Mopar blue accents combined with matte black finishes throughout the vehicle will grab your attention and make you want one in your driveway. It also features an 8.4″ navigation screen and industry-first wireless smartphone charging so you can say goodbye to wires.

Each Mopar ’13 Dart comes with an owner kit in a custom-made black case that includes a personalized plate with vehicle specifications, manufacture date and unique identification number of the 500-unit run. Owners will also get a brochure and additional memorabilia like a limited-edition sketch of the vehicle signed by Mark Trostle, Chrysler Group Chief Designer for the Mopar Brand.
