In this ‘Classics Revealed’ episode, TFLcar finds out where the 2013 BMW M6 draws its root – its grandparents.  Take a look at an original German spec 1984 BMW M 635 CSi that started it all.  We also take a look at a 1988 M6, which marks the first year the M6 arrived on the American shores.  These two coupes are the spiritual icons to the latest 2013 model.  Yes, at 560 hp the 2013 M6 has nearly twice the power of the predecessors, but it also weighs more and does not have a manual transmission.
