The 2015 Lexus NX crossover is ready for its Beijing launch with two powertrain offerings in the US including a hybrid and the brand’s first ever turbo.
The models available will be the 2015 Lexus NX 200t turbo and 2015 Lexus NX 300h hybrid with a Sport version of the 200t that comes with special interior and exterior elements.
The 2015 Lexus NX will feature LED headlamps and daytime running lamps along with the signature Lexus spindle grille. Bold front and rear wheel arches house 17″ tires with 18″ tires as an available option. Lexus-first door handles have a hidden key barrel and integrated lighting.
An all-new 2.0-liter gasoline turbo powers the 2015 Lexus NX 200t with a naturally aspirated engine in the 2015 Lexus NX 200 (not available in the US market). There’s also the choice of either front or all-weather drive. The hybrid 2015 Lexus NX 300h will be the sixth hybrid in the brand’s lineup.
Technology features will include an available Lexus-first Wireless Charging Tray, the new Lexus Remote Touch Interface with a touch pad; and a comprehensive Multi-information Display, including a Lexus-first G sensor and boost meter, Heads-Up Display, All-speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
Look for the 2015 Lexus NX to debut at the Beijing Auto Show on April 20th.
