2014 Cadillac ELR Review: The Good, Bad, And Beautiful [Video]

2014 Cadillac ELR

The 2014 Cadillac ELR is an electric, sexy, new age ride for the those who like luxury and new technology. It has an electric motor and a battery that will power the ELR for up to 38 miles on a single charge, but there is backup. This Cadillac also has a gas engine that extends the battery’s charge just like the Chevy Volt on which it’s based. That’s where the comparison to the Volt begins and ends, though, because these are two very different cars.

This electric car is all about luxury, with a beautiful interior befitting of its $80,000 price tag and a smooth, quiet drive. Check out this TFLcar review of the Cadillac ELR after Roman spends a week behind the wheel.

Nicole Wakelin fell in love with cars as a teenager when she got to go for a ride in a Ferrari. It was red and it was fast and that was all that mattered. Game over. She considers things a bit more carefully now, but still has a weakness for fast, beautiful cars.
