2015 Toyota Camry gets a small Price Increase to $22,970 [Priced]

The redesigned 2015 Toyota Camry aims to continue sales leadership when it goes on sale at the end of this month. It has fresh sheet metal, improved interior, and even more technology features.  The starting price for the base LE model is $22,970 before the $825 delivery and handling charge ($23,795 all together).  This is an increase of $545 over the previous 2014.5 Camry L.

The base motor is the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 178 horsepower and 170 lb.-ft. of torque.  It’s backed by a 6-speed automatic transmission and offers EPA-estimated 25 MPG city, 35 MPG highway, and 28 MPG combined fuel economy.  The economy numbers are the same as previous model.  The XSE and XLE will model will continue to be offered with a 3.5-liter V6 and 6-speed automatic, generating 268 horsepower.  The XSE is a new trim level that combines sporty character with the more luxurious options.

Camry Hybrid will be available in three trims: LE, SE, and XLE.  The Hybrid LE starts at $26,790 before the delivery charge.  This price is $460 more than the outgoing car.

The 2015 Toyota Camry will also have the advanced safety features as options: Pre-Collision System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert with Auto High Beam, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
