The 2015 Mazda CX-5 is a small crossover with a big personality. It attempts to check all the features and necessities that are needed to compete against the perennial segment leaders. However, it does not stop there. The CX-5 aims to please the driver and passengers with an engaging and fun driving experience.

This test model is equipped with the bigger 2.5L four-cylinder SKYACTIV engine makes 184 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque at a relatively low 3,250 rpm. It sends the power to the Active Torque Split AWD system via the SKYACTIV-Drive 6-speed automatic transmission. The whole package delivers an estimates 24 MPG city and 30 MPG highway economy.

The smaller 2.0L engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission when you select the front-wheel-drive model. It starts at $26,215 and the 2015 models are available now.
