2015 Lincoln Navigator

The 2015 Lincoln Navigator gets a new face and upgraded interior. However, the big news is under the hood. The old 5.4L V8 is no more. The 3.5L EcoBoost V6 is there in its place. The Navigator version of Ford’s twin-turbo makes 380 hp @ 5,250 rpm and 460 lb-ft of torque @ 2,750 rpm.

This is 70 horsepower and 95 lb-ft more than the outgoing V8. Additional power does not hurt the fuel economy. In fact, the EPA rating is better and comes in at a competitive 16 MPG city / 22 MPG highway / 18 MPG combined for the standard wheelbase 2WD Navigator. This huge SUV is also capable of towing up to 9,000 lbs.

The Navigator still comes in two wheelbases and has the available 4WD system. There is a new Reserve Package that take the material quality and craftsmanship to the next level.  It also comes with 22 inch wheels. The 2015 Navigator starts at $61,480, but the Reserve Package all other possible options can take it to over $77,000. Still, this is a reasonable price when you consider the competition from GM, Lexus, and Infiniti.
