Here’s (The Fast &) Furious 7 Trailer

Charging towards a theater near you on April 3rd 2015, Furious 7 picks up where The Fast & Furious 6 left off. Jason Statham plays Ian Shaw, brother to the dead bad guy from the very end of Fast & Furious 6 who kills off Han. He has it in for the whole crew and that’s where Furious 7 begins. This one looks like its off the hook with more of everything.

Sadly, Paul Walker passed away during the filming, but it looks like his character is very prominent in this chapter. Does it mean that this is the last of the series? I doubt it. The last one made over $780 million worldwide and if this one does as well, why stop the gravy-train?

Screen Shot 2014-11-01 at 8.48.43 PMFortunately, it looks like a fun film – despite bending the law of physics and pushing the boundaries of believability. Hell, I’ll pony up the cash to see it!

Here’s what the studio says: “Continuing the global exploits in the unstoppable franchise built on speed, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of Fast & Furious 7. James Wan directs this chapter of the hugely successful series that also welcomes back favorites Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky and Lucas Black. They are joined by international action stars new to the franchise including Jason Statham, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey and Kurt Russell. Neal H. Moritz, Vin Diesel and Michael Fottrell return to produce the film written by Chris Morgan.”
