The Ford SYNC 3 infotainment system has made its debut at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show.  Further improving Ford’s much-maligned interface, the new SYNC features clean graphics and a straightforward layout.

Check out this TFLcar review of the Ford SYNC 3 infotainment system with Peter Wolkowski, Ford’s consumer marketing manager for connected vehicles.

With all-new hardware, software, and design, the Ford SYNC 3 infotainment system is a combined effort of more than 22,000 customer-harvested data points. Among the most common requests was the ability to access the system’s audio, navigation and app functions from any screen.  Accordingly, the new toolbar is a permanent fixture, has been placed on the bottom of the screen for quick and easy access.

Additionally, Ford SYNC 3 features a capacitive touchscreen, which allows pinch-to-zoom and other intuitive features.
