This is one of the most expensive off-roaders around.

In this episode of Dude, I Love (or Hate) My New Ride, we take a look at one of the most luxurious, and pricey, dirt-worthy SUVs you can get your hands on. Emeka Ossai joins us from Vancouver, British Columbia, where he recently picked up his 2019 Range Rover Sport. Most people who buy these SUVs tend to keep them strictly to the asphalt, but not Emeka. Instead, he took it out into the dirt to give it a real shakedown!

Even before 1,000 miles, Emeka took his new Range Rover Sport out in the wilderness outside Vancouver. While some of us wouldn’t dream of taking a car with a $100,000 price tag anywhere near a damaging trail, he makes a point about why he bought the car in the first place.

Apart from the Terrain Response 2 system in the Range Rover Sport, this car has up to 10.9 inches of available ground clearance when in off-road mode. Under the hood, the 2019 Range Rover Sport is no less impressive. It packs a whopping 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine with 518 horsepower and 461 lb-ft of torque. It will sprint from 0-60 in 5.0 seconds, according to Land Rover, on its way to a 130 mph top speed.
